Welcome to Pop Clean.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pop Clean mobile applications, websites, cloud services, and related features (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Pop Clean provides intelligent storage management, cleanup, organization, and optimization tools for digital content.
Features may include:
- Photo cleanup and organization
- Similar photo detection
- Duplicate detection
- Blurry photo detection
- Video cleanup and compression recommendations
- File organization and storage management
- Email cleanup and organization
- AI-powered recommendations
- Optional cloud storage services
- Premium subscription features
Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Service, you represent that you satisfy these requirements.
4. Accounts and Security
Certain features may require an account.
You agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account

5. User Content
5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all photos, videos, files, emails, documents, and other content that you upload, connect, access, or manage through Pop Clean ("User Content").
Pop Clean does not claim ownership of your User Content.
5.2 Limited License
You grant Pop Clean a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, store, transmit, and display User Content solely as necessary to:
- Operate the Service
- Provide requested features
- Perform cleanup and organization functions
- Deliver cloud storage functionality you choose to use
- Maintain security and reliability
This license terminates when the relevant User Content is deleted from the Service, except where retention is required by law.
5.3 No AI Training License
User Content is not licensed to Pop Clean for the purpose of training artificial intelligence models.
Pop Clean does not use customer content to train machine learning models, foundation models, recommendation systems, or third-party AI systems.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious software or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Interfere with operation of the Service
- Circumvent security measures
- Use the Service for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity
- Reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
7. AI Features and Recommendations
Pop Clean provides recommendations generated using artificial intelligence, machine learning technologies, and behavioral learning systems.
Recommendations are provided for informational and convenience purposes only.
Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, approving, deleting, compressing, archiving, or otherwise managing their content.
Pop Clean does not guarantee that recommendations will always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.
You should review recommendations before taking action.
8. Subscriptions and Billing
8.1 Premium Features
Certain features may require a paid subscription.
Subscription pricing, billing periods, storage limits, and feature availability will be disclosed before purchase.
8.2 Auto-Renewal
Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account through the App Store.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
8.3 Free Trials
We may offer free trials or promotional offers.
Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription.
8.4 Refunds
Purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple's billing and refund policies.
Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted directly to Apple.
9. Cloud Storage Services
Certain features may allow users to store content using cloud infrastructure.
Cloud storage is optional and only used when you choose to use storage-related features.
Cloud-stored content:
- Remains associated with your account
- Is logically separated from content belonging to other users
- Is protected using industry-standard security controls
- Is encrypted during transmission and while stored
Storage limits may apply depending on your subscription plan.

Our collection, use, storage, and protection of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party providers, including:
- Apple services
- Firebase
- RevenueCat
- Email providers
- Cloud storage providers
- Authentication providers
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
Pop Clean is not responsible for third-party services or content.

We strive to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Service may be unavailable due to:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Infrastructure failures
- Network issues
- Third-party service interruptions
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Service at any time.

You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pop Clean, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Our total liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Pop Clean during the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may modify these Terms from time to time.
If material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date and provide notice where required by law.
Continued use of the Service following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pop Clean operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts having appropriate jurisdiction.

If you downloaded the Service through the Apple App Store:
- Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
- Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the Service, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce applicable provisions.
Your use of the Service must comply with all applicable App Store terms and policies.
