  • Dismissing recommendations

Behavioral learning is used exclusively to personalize recommendations within your account.

Behavioral profiles are not shared with other users and are not used for advertising.

Behavioral learning can be opted out and cleared at any time.

3.3 No AI Training on User Content

Any AI components Pop Clean uses are restricted to the user's device.

Pop Clean does not use your photos, videos, files, emails, behavioral activity, or account data to train artificial intelligence models on our servers.

Your content is not used to train:

  • Machine learning models
  • Foundation models
  • Recommendation systems
  • Third-party AI systems

Any personalization performed by Pop Clean is intended solely to improve your individual experience.

4. Cloud Storage and Account Data

Certain optional Pop Clean features may allow users to store content using cloud storage services.

Cloud-stored content is:

  • Associated only with the account that uploaded the content
  • Segregated from other user accounts
  • Accessible only to authorized users of that account
  • Protected using industry-standard security controls

Pop Clean does not upload your entire photo library, file collection, video library, or email account for AI training purposes.

Cloud storage is used solely to provide features that you explicitly choose to enable.

We implement technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

For supported storage features, photos, videos, files, and associated content are encrypted during transmission and encrypted while stored.
